"The property is in a fairly good location for attending the Pageant. The Pageant is walkable but there is also a trolley nearby. I like that there was a kitchenette in the room. The staff were accommodating when we had an issue with the coffee maker. It was quickly resolved. We had a nice stay."

"The location is excellent, with the beach, shopping, restaurants and art experiences in walking or trolley distances. The breakfast, although limited, provided an easy opportunity to start the day. In the north building, the rooms are spacious and well equipped for light cooking and snacking. For some reason the fabulous air conditioning has been replaced with a marginal portable unit, not sufficient for the room. When we arrived, we were told that our reserved room had been over-booked. After a few conversations by phone and in person, with Julie the issue was resolved. Thank you, Julie!!"

"I enjoyed the close proximity to all the beaches! We were just steps away from beach access and watching the sunset nearby was great. We also had a bunch of restaurants to choose from nearby that had rooftop bars. I enjoyed the coffee that was 5 minute walking distance near the hotel it was one of the best I’ve had! The place is small and quaint. The view point was decent enough, our balcony was overlooking a house and across the house was where the ocean view was. So it wasn’t completely obstructed. There was construction in front of our building so we didn’t have as much privacy as we wanted on our balcony as there were people working on the house. The air conditioning was great for the summer heat. We had access to coffee and water with ice in the hotel lobby room. Staff was friendly and check in was easy and straight forward. We would stay here again for the price point and for the accessibility near beach access and restaurants."
