"Room was mostly clean (hairs on the floor). Otherwise room was clean, nice shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was great. Staff was just indifferent honestly, that was unfortunate. Will I stay there again? Probably not "

"The Breakfast was not good the scrambled eggs two days in a role were cold as ice and the French toast was hard as a rock. The little bit of food that is hot or should be warm was cold cold, the fruit was ok a waffle maker would be nice or some pancakes, the toaster would toast bread or a bagel I ran both through 4 times and nothing sure wasn't toasted"

"Kenney was phenomenol. He was courteous and helpful. He is one in a million. Thank you Kenney. 💛 Got 3 rooms. When my son entered his room, someone was already occupying it. His family got upgraded to a new room no charge, but it smelled like fish and we elimated the smell with body spray. My other son's room smelled of mold and there wasnt a plug for the daughter to take a bath. My room was very nice and clean, but our coffee maker, a light, and a plug in did not work. Workers came up to one of my son's room late at night verifying someone was staying in the room. Very thin walls. 2 Grandkids were kept up by banging of a bed against the wall. If you know what i mean. Again, kudos to Kenney, he is a wonderful individual. Thank you for your warm heart. "

"The key fob wasn’t working, had to ask them to replace it twice. I asked for the extra blankets as the existing one was smelly, but they said there was no housekeeping to provide it. Finally, the bathroom lock was broken."
