« Très bonne impression en arrivant dans cet hôtel. L'accueil a été parfait, avec toutes les explications nécessaires, étant étranger le personnel a fait tout ce qu'il fallait pour que nous comprenions. L'hôtel date apparemment de 2024, tout est neuf est bien entretenu. La chambre était propre, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner compris était très correct, du salé, du sucré, du healthy. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 min à pied du centre de Fort Worth, et de la ligne orange amenant...

« No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. Call the hotel and you get a foreign call center who will give you wrong information. Appalling lack of consideration towards customer experience. Won’t be returning. »
