Beautiful Comfortable Room
I enjoyed my stay here. I rented Suite Arlena and found it to be ample in space, with its private balcony and AC, and a very comfortable bed. The jucuzzi tub needs to be a real hot tub, in my opinion, for it to be relaxing with the jet streams and warm enough so you don't feel cold, especially in the evenings when, even in the summer, it gets breezy and cool. The owner said he doesn't turn on the hot water in the summer, but he did as a favor to me but I still found it cold and I'm not one to feel cold often. Hence, those who are even more sensitive than me to cold will feel it freezing and therefore not soothing. The view, though, from that balcony where the jacuzzi is located, is stunning. I enjoyed more than one sunset just sitting up there. The breakfast that comes with one's stay is delicious. I enjoyed it--some Mexican eggs and sometimes "machada" a type of meat, and the everyday choice of delicious low sugar and oil granola, low fat yogurt, dried cranberries, coffee (espresso or drip), fresh fruit, and juice. The dining room is on the top floor and also has a stunning view. There is an elevator one can use, but I only used it to carry my luggage. I used the stairs instead because I enjoyed the view as I walked up or down. I the same floor as Suite Arlena and Suite Giusseppe there is a game room with a self-serve "bar" that you jot down what you drink in a binder and board games for guest use. The staff is kind and attentive. I plan to return to Residencia Las Flores.
