"This hostal is only 3 km away from Segovia, a convenient location, but would not be a suitable place to stay for international travellers who don't understand Spanish. We booked a day before our arrival, but soon realised we were not expected. The staff did not understand English, we did not undetstand Spanish, a lot of confusion...with the help of another guest there who acted as interpreter, we were told to wait, a room had to be found, cleaned especially for us in a hurry.
