Located in a charming residence with typical Vendée architecture. 1800 m from the sandy beach, 1200 m from shops. Comprising: a living room with TV. Kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub, vanity sink, and washing machine, separate toilet. Bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) - Upstairs: a mezzanine with 1 double bed (160 cm) + an extra bed (for children under 10 years old). Paved courtyard with garden furniture - Private swimming pool at the residence and private parking. Housekeeping is provided by the tenant. Linens not provided; rental is possible through our partner; contact us. Heating from October 1st to May 31st extra depending on meter reading. Wi-Fi rental available with 5G box: €40/week

Très bon séjour. Parfait pour 3 personnes ( ici couple avec une ado de 15ans). piscine à 200 m propre et agréable. Logement agréable. Terrasse très ensoleillée. Site parfait qui permet des promenades à pied ou à vélo. Proche de la mer également.
