"Perfect size for me and my husband and convenient location near the tram and 1 block from the beach and the promenade. The only issue was a problem with the toilet leaking if you used toilet paper."

"Rien a signaler dans l'ensemble, nous avons bien profité de la côte d'Azur! L'emplacement de la maison est au tour des super marchés,
non loin des transports en communs la plage a 2 minutes. Mais par contre que la propriétaire de la maison doit au moin laissé les gens libéré a 13h.
Merci!"
"Hotel was old and dated, although there were some apparent attempts at repairs. The room I had had a wonderful sea view and terrible street noise. There was only one staff member that I know of and he did everything from cook breakfast (good) to manage the front desk. The electricity went out the last day I was there and I moved to another hotel."

"This property is located in a very good location. It's close to the airport and steps to the train line, which means it's easy to access the entire city.
My biggest critique is that the apartment does not have Wifi, but I am not certain I understood this before booking. Communication with the owner is minimal, so it is not so easy to get questions answered.
The beds are not the most comfortable, but they were clean.
It is also very hard to understand how the washer/dryer works. We figured...
"Phone never pick up,the door bell downstairs seems broken, nobody open the door,no customer service, hotel outside under construction,no car can park in front of the hotel,so prepare to carry your big luggage."

5/5 Excellent
"A bit old fashioned in a Belle-Epoque, cozy and eclectic but non-stuffy way, I hope that doesn't change while they continue to modernize the rooms a bit. (Our delux balcony had marble tiles but friend's 4th floor room just below still carpeted.) Staff very welcoming, including at bar, breakast sun room and excellent seaside restaurant. Well located (next to the Massena museum and gardens and the famous Hotel Negresco), you pay for the views right on the promenade, but worth it! One block back, Rue de France has plenty of restaurants and bars leading to Place Messena and the Old Town. From there, head back to the Promenade for the sunset walk back to the hotel. Hop on/off bus tour near by gives good over view of Nice and stunning views of Villefranche sur Mer around the other side of the port. Uber pick ups fast and easy. Airport-to-port tram line a few blocks inland. Luggage taken from room to be checked was very helpful after check out/before transfer. Beach towels handed out at desk a nice bonus."

"Just the best in everything. If this is your first trip to Nice this is the place to stay for a few days. Nothing at Le Negresco will disappoint you."
"All staff were very kind and helpful. Concierge were very good at their jobs. Maid service was inconsistent, but the beautiful rooms and other services made up for it. The spa service was INCREDIBLE!"
