Natural onsen is amazing

This is our second time staying here for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We came here for our honeymoon. The resort is very well maintained. Every staff member was excellent. I’ve stayed in many nice hotels and resorts and this one is a notch above the rest. The staff are so kind and professional. We’ll be coming back again for many years to come everytime we visit Okinawa. We chose the premier room and the perks are such an added bonus. 10/10 stars!

This place was so clean you can literally smell it in the air when you enter the hotel. Staff were so kind and helpful! I loved tue location as it was in between most popular places. I would definitely come back again!

Convenient location. Big comfortable room. New decor. Indoor lap pool and fitness centre a bonus. Plus English TV which wasn’t available at other hotels we stayed in.

What an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant to us the entire time. This hotel is by far one of the best we've ever stayed at. The rooms were clean,comfortable and spacious with amazing views. Service was exceptional !! Dining 19 was also absolutely wonderful.

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Ms. Shizuka went out of her way to make sure our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location and we would highly recommend it to other travellers.

The staff, although unable to speak English fluently, went to great lengths to assist with any of my needs and requests. They did not stint until satisfaction was obtained.

All the staff at this hotel were lovely. Our suite on the 12th floor had an amazing view of the ocean that we woke up to every morning. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette but did the job for our stay. We didn’t use the rooftop much as we have a toddler but we did check it out and it seemed great. It’s not right on the ocean but very close to Araha park/beach which was awesome.

Friendly staff, clean, comfy room, great pool. Loved it!
