Easy check in. Room was comfortable if compact, bed a little firm for our liking, but everything you need was there and worked! The park view room view was a highlight of or stay, opening the curtains in the morning to a city vista right over to Hong Kong island. Certainly clean with good maid service. I found the staff to be welcoming and most accommodating. The bed was hard, but the pillows were very good. I found the room chilly, no matter what I did with the thermostat. The bed had a nice warm quilt, so i wasn't cold in the night.
