Location is perfect, lobby is very nice, staff at the front desk is very helpful. The room that I stayed in was spacious with separate living space, nice bed, quiet and private, shower water flow was not great. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel, we will definitely come back again.

It was really clean, modern and well kept. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were also kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff! The hotel is connected to Langham Place mall so easy to go shopping without dealing with hot, humid weather. Very convenient location: the airport (A21) bus stop and Mong Kok station are 4-5 minute walk while restaurants, shops, markets are all nearby. Would highly suggest booking a club room: the club lounge perks are worth it. Private check in/check out on the 36th floor. Club lounge access with breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. The staff in the...

Had a very good stay at the Shangri La, staff were nothing short of amazing, room was spotless and all the amenities I needed were available. It’s in a very convenient area for exploring as well. Would love to return one day!!

The staff were professional and friendly. Bernard greeted me with sincere kindness and was extremely professional. I would like to express my gratitude to the team at Stage Hotel. My stay in Hong Kong was truly amazing, and I was always able to get good sleep while touring Hong Kong to visit family and friends.

Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover.

Great location and amenities

Stayed for a 3 nights on my way back through Hong Kong to Canada, was a great stay, room was spotless, comfy bed, lots of amenities. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool bar and pool itself at definitely worth a visit. Great view from up there!! Also in a very convenient location to bustling neighbourhoods and high end shopping, best of both worlds. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Excellent hotel. Front desk upgraded by room for free. Layout of the room was fantastic and always a treat coming back after a long day. Location is the key as moko mall is connected as is the Mong kok east mtr. If you walk further down the mall there is a connected walkway leading to Nathan road and Sneaker street. Pool was big and well kept. Only thing was they would close the pool for designated opening times if there was a thunderstorm warning in the forecast despite it being sunny...

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is laundry room. Hotel is close to Olympian 1,2,3 malls which is very convenient. Hotel is one MTR station to the Kowloon west and can walk to high speed train station. Location is excellent. There is luggage storage.

Stunning hotel, very artistic themed, the details and design of the hotel are just mind blowing, can be a bit confusing at first how to navigate the hotel, but will eventually figure it out! The view on 10th floor is just stunning. Location is connected to the mall and go straight to MTR. Everyone is friendly, staff were extremely professional and helpful.

The location for Eaton HK was perfect. Close to many popular spots, all within walking distance but also not too crowded thankfully and close to Jordan station if we didn’t want to walk. We stayed in the newly renovated suite on the 12th floor which was really nice (exactly like the photos) and had a great view of the city. They provided snacks and wine too! Our stay included breakfast and it was really good. A large selection of food from Western to Asian, including the classic milk tea in the...

Amazing service. Historically one of the top hotels for Hong Kong. Obvious to see why.

Very kind helpful staff. We enjoyed the lovely bathroom. Fabulous location

You can take the train to prince Edward and take 5 minutes walk to the hotel

Had a wonderful visit. Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful when we had issues with our luggage. Great view and comfortable room.
