"We loved Iris Villa, it is very quiet and a beautiful property. Gorgeous early morning walks. Loved the morning breakfast. But it should be advertised that there is no dining close by, at least not in the slow season. We found a small market still open our first night to buy some food to eat for dinner after driving half an hour away to find a restaurant but no available parking and a very long wait. Driving in the dark on the very curvy mountain roads is not for everyone!"

"A beautiful island, well represented by Maria (the property manager), The facility was marvelous; the only issue we had was getting enough hot water. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for beautiful beaches, friendly natives and a relaxing atmosphere. The host was especially helpful, and a hoot to boot!!"

"Thank you John and Valentina for a wonderful stay at your place in Kea! The house was beautiful and large enough for our entire family and the pool and views were STUNNING! The beach is not walking distance from the house because it is a long uphill hike back. You definitely will need a car on this island as everything is quite a distance away including the mini market."

"Beautiful property with stunning view. We stayed in October which was very much the low season, with a few restaurants open and not very many places to get supplies from. That said, the apartment was amazing, the view is stunning, and we love the private access to the sea. At this time of year it was still plenty warm enough to swim in the sea. We very much enjoyed having all the beaches on the island pretty much to ourselves. The apartment is beautiful and well serviced. The only slight concern...
