Great location 10 minute walk from harbour. Very nice clean good sized pool. Beach in front of hotel is not good despite free sunbeds for hotel guests but 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive is ‘blue flag’ awarded Gialiskari beach with emerald waters and sandy beach with a lot of trees providing free shade. Breakfast lasts till 11:00 for late wake ups. Room is very clean. Main issues: There is no shade for the car park under the brutal Greek sun. Pool towels are provided by hotel but difficult to get hold only until 14:00. After that time there are not available for new arrivals which does not make sense! There is a single coffee machine self service but very slow for breakfast. Any cold coffees like Freddo espresso or freddo cappucino have to be ordered at full cost. These are included in all other hotels in Greece and staff are happy to make them inclusive with breakfast as their true cost is less than the hot ones. This needs to change by management ASAP.

Amazing place

We had an excellent stay at Porto Kea Suites. Very nice location, suites and facilities. Staff a very friendly and helpful and we will most certainly be visiting again. Easy 5-10 min walk from the ferry and go for the suites with ocean view, it will be well worth it.

Classic and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are traditional and cosy. The staff offer exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was really good which makes all the difference. We loved the location too. The pool and beach offered everything we needed.

This five star hotel is a gem in Kea ! The suite was spacious and comfortable o , with all time classic decoration and elegant furniture . It was also super clean and the staff really supportive , responsive and polite . The hotel is located in the heart of the island , really close to everything . A huge asset was the large pool which was really pure . The breakfast is delicious with traditional delicacies . It’s the first time we stayed in this hotel even though we visit the island very often and for sure this will be our home for next times . If you seek for a real five star hotel , Porto Kea Suites should definitely be your hotel . Highly recommended it

Great hotel - location fantastic. We had a Deluxe suite with sea view. Pool was lovely and breakfast was good. The room was beautiful and a great size with a large balcony- only negative was that the bathroom needed a walk in shower rather than a shower in a bath which was a bit cramped and not very good if you find climbing in and out of bath difficult.

We had an amazing view of the sea from our balcony. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and accomodating, they even called a taxi for us to visit Choros! The breakfast was also terrific.

We wish our schedule allowed for a longer stay. We had a wonderful experience from coffee on the terrace of our suite, the breakfast every morning, the pristine pool, the sauna and the beach across the street. 7-8 walk from shops, restaurants, cafes and a small market. We did a couple of days hikes from the property. 10 out of 10.

Gem an hour from Athens

Sensational staff. Luxurious stay at extreme low price. Short walk from ferry and great restaurants. Villas are large with all the latest amenities. Quick cab ride to beautiful ancient hill top town of Ioulis. Island primarily serves middle class and wealthy from Athens - so not filled with tourists or bad food.

This was our 5th stay here and unfortunately it didn't have the same feeling as previous years. -Cleanliness was mediocre, towels were not clean or didn't look clean. -Half of the staff didn't speak greek and unfortunately their English was bad. -Food was the same as past years, no new touches or fresh ideas. -Cleaning staff was gathering all their stuff outside our room at 7:30am, which is not acceptable for a property like this! Overall we spend way too much for mediocre services and would think about coming again. Maybe off season.

Ce n’est clairement pas un 5 étoiles. Chambres propres, équipements pas à la hauteur, rouillés, ampoule cassée non remplacée, restauration fermée 2 jours pour "maintenance", petit déj très moyen, pas de réassort autant en aliment qu’en materiel, pas de pain tous les jours, repas du soir pas à la hauteur, surgelé... Belle piscine quand même, seul point positif. Aucune info sur les services, spa, autre... Un grand regret pour nous. Rien à faire à Kea début mai, le sentiment que le touriste est un bon pigeon, peu de gastronomie.
