"We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience.
Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel.
The room, specially the bathroom was not clean.
Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel."

I stayed 1 night and it was most comfortable. The amenities were all I needed. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and made me feel cared for.
The area around was lively and safe. (Female solo traveller). The hotel bar was very reasonably priced.
Get the breakfast. It was large and filling for 7€.
I did have some issues locating the hotel on Google Maps. It wanted to send me around the corner. It is directly across from Irish Monkey Pub.

The hotel was great and quite easy to find but unless there is another way to get there you do have to walk through what most North Americans would consider an alleyway. I felt safe but just want to give others a heads up.

The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain.
The tv had nothing on it.
Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm.
Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades
