"This was one of the best stays we've ever had. While the pictures are accurate, there is so much more. You are right on the beach with a fantastic view so you get great sunrises and sunsets. Wildlife is right out your door. The lodging is very clean, comfortable and well thought out. There is a complete kitchen that is well-equipped and stocked with basics. A washer and dryer are available (the dryer was very handy for the day we got drenched.) A nice walk is available to go to our favorite coffee shop (Bean and Bloom) under the Near Island Bridge which just happens to be next to Hana Kodiak, the best restaurant in town. The keyless door was a little tricky at first, but once the host talked us through it, we had no further problems. This was an epic trip for us to view the bears and get in some great hikes during the mostly sunny crisp October weather. If you have the chance to stay here, nab it fast. It is a great value."
