Dirty floor, dishes and bedsheets. Also there were spiders and cobwebs and we found mould. So we had another room less. For 8 people. Which was too small then. We told the manager, and the only thing that was offered was, that the cleaning team comes „again“. Probably they weren’t there in the first place. The put mould spray on and vacuumed the floor. But that should have been done in the first place. "

"The cottage was everything we hoped for. Lively back garden. Short walk to Bergen centrum. Easy bike ride to the ocean. Three separate 2 person apartments was appreciated for some privacy and space when travelling with our family."

"This was a perfect place as stay away from home. They really made us feel welcome. They supplied not only pots and pans but also had salt& sugar, hand soap in bathroom and kitchen. Paper towels, toilet paper necessary items you need. Trashcans in kitchen and bathroom (very necessary for woman). We also stayed at another place and nothing was provided so after a 12 hour flight you first had to go to store for supplies. This is not a welcome feeling. I would recommend this facility for any one it just felt like home to us."
