"Stayed a few nights here in total . Really nice and good value mariott and has the look and feel of a lot of Marriott resort properties. We had one of the cheaper rooms and on a higher floor and we had great views of the sea from our daybed. The bathroom was nice and the room came with a big bath . During this week the tide is high during the day (late morning - late evening) so if you wish to walk on the beach you have to wake up early, which I did and it was very nice. "This is my second time at this hotel. I like this hotel for its pools and beach. The property needs to be modernized. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. The location is not near a shopping center and transportation from the hotel is a bit high. I found it difficult to get luggage out of my room, no elevator and to many stairs, not enough ramps. My GF cut her leg on a bulging tile while getting out of the pool. They removed the beach huts since my last visit. "

When we comp[lained about it next morning no apology was recieved from the staff. my wife is a Thai National so they understood what she was saying. The air con unit on the balconey was very old and noisy, agood thing it was a cool night or we wouln't have slept at all."
