"Only complaint was the bus service to the park should include pickup at night from Disney Hollywood Studios Other than that 1 concern, everyone at The Berkeley properties was very professional. I will recommend this property."

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. I think that the resort and parking fees are excessive. If you’re an overnight guest, we’re already paying resort fees. Self Parking should be complimentary"

"The staff was the best part of our stay! The location is good for the parks and I believe they have a shuttle service. Breakfast is average. The pool had old pool noodles and debris and someone had tossed a child’s chair in it. The rooms were ok and clean but could use maintenance. Our door had light coming in from the hallway as if it were too small for the opening, The sheets on the bed were paper thin and didn’t seem to fit the king size bed. Our stay wasn’t horrible and inline with what we paid."

"The place is a steal. The amenities and services MORE than make up for clean, but less than dazzling rooms. Our toliet broke! But the way the staff handled it and all of the other things combined made that a super minimal impact on our stay. The price combined with how wonderful the staff, the pool, the bars (and food) are, along with the accessibility to Disney makes this place a place I would not only go back to...I'd look forward to it."
