"Dirty carpets in halls, walls in room quite banged up could use paint. Nothing special in the room itself. Breakfast was ok but not much to choose from."

"We needed to change rooms because the room smelled horrible & the bathroom had water all over the floor from a leak from the toilet, something they should have noticed when cleaning. I requested two adjoining rooms, and we were down the hall from each other. The parking lot has huge potholes. The landscaping is horrible, not to mention unclean. I paid for an early check in and couldn’t get into clean room until 3:00, I was not reimbursed for the early check in fee. There was only 1 working elevator, and the continental was in a bag! Over-all I spent a lot of money on one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. "

"The TRYP hotel is a great place to stay. Plenty of things to do in the area like shopping and many restaurants. Mostly everything is walkable. "

"No Breakfast. Bagels for sale for $5/each. Nonsmoking rooms smelt smokey. Toilet splashed whenever flushed. Shower wouldn't drain properly. Towels were dirty before use. Refrigerator was plugged in but didn't work."
