"The hotel needs to change its carpet. I could not sleep the first night. I will not stay there another time. It looks like they are short-staffed. They would not give me a room before 4:00 pm. There were two people at the front desk. One of them was somewhat helpful, and the other one was not."

"The room was very clean, staff very friendly, but it’s just not what I’m used to. If you want a higher end hotel, this is not it. It’s not a fleabag, don’t get me wrong. The room smelled like an old hotel. Don’t know how to describe it any better than that. The room was tiny. The parking lot was on a different block, there was no security, and the spaces were very narrow. I worried about my car getting dinged up. "

"Other than location, the Paramount hotel was pretty average. The one big thing that makes or breaks our stay is the staff and how they treat you. My wife and I felt whenever we approached the staff, it was almost as if we were interrupting them and they had short sharp responses, not overly helpful and never greeted or acknowledged us when we came in to the hotel or were leaving. However, location was great, the room was nice and that’s where it ended for us."

"Went to check in at 3 pm and our room still wasn’t ready. Asides from that, we enjoyed our stay there. Staffs were friendly. Location was close to a lot of things. Breakfast options were good."

"Nice tv, pleasant staff, clean room, no mini-fridge for personal use. No complimentary coffee maker. Some furniture very worn. "

"While the lobby is being renovated it is on a temporary location. The room was great, fantastic condition, spotless, quiet, great bed/ linens, nice spacious bath with bidet. Exceeded expectations. "
