"Check in was easy and bed was comfortable. The room was much more run down that I was expecting at $160 a night. Chair cushions were torn, the bathtub was stained, the toilet paper holder broken, and the bathroom fan sounded like it was about to fall apart. Plus the tv remote’s batteries were dead and the mini coffee pot didn’t work. For a “fall asleep on arrival and leave first thing in the morning” stay it was functional but wouldn’t want to stay longer than that."

"We were visiting Kingston for the first time. Perfect location and fun art loft as we called it. Floors are a little squeaky but vintage so understandable. Thanks for a great first visit!"

"Beautiful location! Food was delish though I did ask the waitress for a hamburger medium rare and it came back well. Sooo not sure if she heard me or the chef slipped. Drinks are small and expensive. Ambiance is top notch! Open air dining but the Hudson, even on a cloudy day it was beautiful. "

"I was in the lower level suite with king size bed, living room and kitchen. It certainly went beyond my expectations and was very affordable. The historic house is beautifully renovated with attention to detail. To Make matters even better , there's an unbelievable French restaurant one block away. In addition it is in a very safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property unless you have any mobility issues. The driveway is incredibly steep as are the stairs. If you have someone to drop you at the front door and have a room on the main floor you would only have a few stairs. "
