Tucked away on a quiet lane, you are just a short walk away from the bustling hub of Burnham Market, Norfolk's jewel in the crown. The dining area and french doors open out into the pretty garden, safe for both children and dogs to play happily while you relax. Aug 10, 2021 #### Amazing location We have stayed on the North Norfolk coast for many years, often in Burnham Market, and Downlands was by far the best location being so close to the village green but quiet and tucked away, and with excellent off street parking for several cars. Jun 29, 2021 #### Excellent location Lovely house and garden in a peaceful area and within walking distance of the village. The house was well equipped with cleaning products and plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery. Just a few niggles.....found clothes in cupboards, also makeup and toiletries in bathroom cabinet which I presume they belong to the owners. Food left in freezer and the baking tins need replacing. Bedlinen was crumpled being washed but not ironed, no bath towels in bathroom and had to find them. No one came to change bed linen and towels during our stay of 2 weeks. The light in the bathroom is very dim and a heated towel rail would be a good idea. Overall the housekeeping was not up to the standard it should have been especially as Covid is still present in our lives. I would recommend Downlands and will book again in the future. ##### Ann P.
