Find a Bed and Breakfast in Kings Grant from CA $264

"Pros: cold air and hot shower Cons: Hard beds Nasty carpet. I walked from one bed to the bathroom for a shower and my feet were nasty. Smells like old wet dog One washcloth and 3 hand towels One bar of soap in the bathroom and no hand soap. 1 ply toilet paper. Just splurge on some 2 ply already. Customers will be happier and y’all willl save some $$ in the longer run. No mention of the following: there is a gentlemen’s club and bar very nearby. Like literally next door. The back is against a car dealership that keeps street lights on all night. Which shines into the windows that have coverings that don’t completely block out the light. There are also car garages and all you can hear is cars being worked on (unless it’s the weekend). The pictures of this place make it appear nice but it’s not really. Half the elevators don’t work. The morning coffee for their breakfast is horrible. The iron in the room was used to melt plastic at some point. The pillows are lumpy. The bed is hard. I shouldn’t have to go out and buy air freshener for my room. Oh and the door knob is about to fall off the bathroom door. And the WiFi sucks. Probably got what I paid for but I will never stay there again and would never recommend it."

"There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, and they don’t accept cash for room payment. Other than that, it was a lovely stay, with a beautiful river view and great location. "

"Staff member Jackson was very helpful. He made our trip to Wilmington memorable. The breakfast was perfect as there were many food options."

"Super nice hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Awesome gym and indoor pool area. Only disappoinment was not knowing it is paid parking beforehand. There is a daily $10 fee to park if I remember right. Also would have been nice if they provided some kind of breakfast option. They do have a Starbucks, restaurant and bar on site you can purchase items. This hotel is also in a good location with restaurants and attractions nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly."

"Arrived late at the hotel. The room smelled like smoke and the floors were dirty and looked like they had not been mopped in months. There were no other rooms available and the fronts desk solution was to come and spray room deodorizer in our room. The dirty floor was never addressed."

"The location is great, right at the beach, very convenient for parking and restroom. Because the public parking is all $7 per hour and $35 per day, so having your own on the beach place is very important. My only complaint is the water heater seems slow heating the water, and the hot water runs out if you don't take show quickly. "
