"The staff is wht makes your stay so great. We have stayed at this hotel 1 years in a row while attendingthe Philadelphia flower show wouldn't stay anywhere else."

"Shower/tub extremely slippery. Needs matt or tub treatment. Also the safety lock on widow was broken, and window could be opened to a very dangerously level"

"Somebody needs to go outside and pick up trash!! There was litter everywhere. I selected this hotel because of the pool, however it wasnt initially open when i got there. I go out at 6 and when i returned at 8:30 there where people in the pool. I dont know when it open but i had a 6 and 3 year old and that was too late. The breakfast was good, there was a nice selection and fresh fruit. The room was smaller than expected as well, the pictures are definitely deceiving. "

"We chose this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool and this was the only reason we could get our daughter to come in this trip. . When we got here and went to our room 606 it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, the staff was accommodating and switched us immediately to 604. When we went the pool and entered in, staff said pool was closed and we were not allowed to be in there. Staff was great everything else not so much.. "
