"The location is great, pleasant staff, and has a nice old school vibe. I really like the place, it just needs some attention like updates in the room soap/shampoo dispensers the scent isn’t pleasant to me and hit or miss if empty, not enough towels provided and no wash cloths but easily available from the front desk, the phones do not work in the rooms, tv needs upgrading was unable to use my Amazon Firestick, and the interior side of the door to the room had wood paneling torn off and water damage at the bottom: however, we really liked the keyless room entry. I’ve stayed twice now off season and liked it, but I have asthma and the hardest part is the cigarette and marijuana smoke seeped into the room although they’re supposed to be non smoking rooms. "

"The hotel is in the middle of renovations, so there’s that. Great location and check in staff was friendly. For the price we paid for an oceanfront room, the room was ok. It had been updated, but there were cigarette ashes on our balcony and hair all over our room floor. The bathroom ceiling had mold. The neighbors that stayed near us Saturday night were obnoxiously loud til 4:30am, but that’s not the hotels fault. "
