« The hotel needs updating badly. If it wasn’t the only one in town we would not have stayed. The hallways smelled musty and the carpets were old and a trip hazard. There was black mold in the bathroom, and the couch was actually peeling. The breakfast was fine but the cafe staff was rude and they actually had signs telling guests they couldn’t take plates back to their rooms if they didn’t want to eat in the empty and musty dining room. »

« Dreadful hotel. Might have been renovated in 1985. Ugly colors, depressing. Only one person at the front desk was pleasant (tall, thin guy). Stains in tub, elevator interior was chipped and in disrepair, bathroom had 2 Kleenex left in the box when I arrived. (But were replaced when I asked.) Bathroom lighting is horrible. This was the only hotel available in the area I needed. Never again. »

« The building itself was nice enough, probably having been renovated or refurbished at some time. However, I had requested that the two rooms I reserved be adjacent to or across the hall from each other. I directly called the hotel the day after the reservation was made thru Expedia, several weeks before the stay. That didn’t happen. First disappointment.
