Perfect for morning coffee, lunch and evening libations! Quiet master bedroom with king size bed, no traffic noise, just birdsong. Large closet. Sofa bed with memory foam mattress in living room. Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom, and wifi throughout the unit. Fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with walk in shower. In suite washer and dryer. Kid friendly pools, and outdoor BBQs. Spectacular tennis courts, and great location for jogging and cycling (bike paths and shops throughout Kihei). Beautiful grounds with security on site and helpful office staff. Across the street from an amazing golden sand beach (Charley Young Beach / Kamaole Beach 1). Unit contains beach chairs and towels, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie board - what you need for a fun day at the beach! Amazing walk-in snorkeling near this location. Great access to tours for Molokini island, and you can walk to a convenience store. Only a 15 minute drive to world-famous Makena Beach, or take some more time and explore the beautiful volcano behind us. Haleakala, the House of the Sun, looks down on the Maui Vista. Drive up to the summit or take a day trip to Hana on the far side of Haleakala. Also an easy drive to west Maui, where you can catch a ferry to Lanai. But you will love just hanging out in Kihei - it has everything! And this is the place to learn how to surf on the island of Maui - 1 block to surfing central. Great restaurants and shopping. Sadly, we only stayed one night as non-essential travel was discouraged by officials and one person in our party had issues with the smoky air. We were so sad to leave this beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. It had everything we could possibly need. The view from the lanai was beautiful and lush (we even had a slight ocean view). The birdsong in the morning was beautiful. The beach was a few-minutes walk from the condo. Communication with the local management company was great and they were able to help us through this unfortunate change of plans. We stayed for 7 days this time. This condo is in a very good location, between Kihei and Wailea. It's easy to access the Piilani Highway to get anywhere else and across the street from a very nice beach. Kihei shopping/restaurants, Wailea Center, Poolenalena Beach, Big Beach, and Little Beach are all a short drive. Within walking distance is 2 Kihei Caffes (one very close at the Maui Coast hotel). The ABC store is also close by as are a couple of shopping areas and restaurants. There's also a large food truck area with something for everyone. My only real complaint was no A/C in the bedroom. There's a window A/C in the living room that has to blow air down the hall to the bedroom. You'll have to turn the living room temperature down low in the evenings if you want to get the bedroom to near 72F at bedtime. If you arrive later in the day, expect to wait three hours for the bedroom to cool off if you like sleeping at about 72F like I do. We figured this all out quickly and it wasn't a big problem. If you sit on the couch, you'll be right in front of the A/C. I just learned to have a blanket when I did sit on the couch in the evenings. The neighbors were quiet and it's not very close to any of the complex pools. There are a lot of tennis courts that were seldom used. There's even a car wash area for hosing the bird crap off your car which I did almost every morning. It was quiet and clean. The condominium had an elevator, pool and BBQ area. The condo had everything you need for the long stay. There was an AC but we did not use it because the big trees made a nice shade and temperature was comfortable even in the night. It would be good to have more Laundry Detergent then for two loads because we stayed there for almost 2 weeks and it was not enough. The Charley Young Beach was good but I would not recommend it for kids becasue of the rough waves even they looked quite. We've checked all beaches and found that Keawakapu Beach was better for kids and there was a riff with high chance to see turtles. You can actually investigate new beach every day from this location. The most useful local store was ABC. The cheapest store was COSCO. The best and cheapest car rent was Kihei Rent-A-Car. We would definitely recommend this place for staying. ##### Sergei M. The location was absolutely perfect—right across the street from the beach, and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening. The complex has everything you need: a nice pool, BBQ area, and even tennis courts.The unit was very well equipped for a beach vacation. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear—it made our days by the ocean so easy and fun. The space was just right for the three of us.One small suggestion: we only had three garbage bags for the whole stay. It was perfectly situated across the road from beach access and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Plenty of free parking was an extra bonus.
