The unit is cooled with split system AC in the living room and loft bedroom; there are ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy the new 50" TV, BluRay Player, or Complimentary WiFi. Kihei Garden Estates is a lovely complex right across the street from Waiohuli Beach, which you can see from your private lanai. Maui’s famous sunsets are just steps away from your door. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience. Our home offers everything you need for your perfect Maui vacation. We offer a luxury contemporary loft lifestyle condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The beds offer the same mattresses found at Hawaii’s five star hotels. They have comfortable plush toppers, and the luxury linens provide comfort for your stay. The master loft has a king size bed, plus an en suite bathroom with large walk in shower. This is an open loft. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with one twin and one full size mattress. Split system air conditioning in the living room only. The ceilings are high and the a/c is up at the top of the ceiling so it cools the loft really well. No a/c in the downstairs bedroom.There is a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress in the living room. The gourmet kitchen has upgraded appliances and new tools to enjoy meals at home. Times Market is within walking distance and offers a wide array of food and beverages to inspire your meals. Serve your meals at the pub style seating or on the lanai; or, make friends and have relaxing outdoor meal at the well-equipped BBQ pavilion by the pool. Don’t feel like cooking? Try one of the local restaurants nearby. You’ll find many “ONO” rated restaurants by the Maui Revealed Guidebook within walking distance. The pool area is a great place to relax in the sun and to go for a swim. The swimming pool is heated during the colder months; not heated during the hot summer months. Dec 27, 2023 #### Amazing location! Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, awesome view of pool and a minute from the beach and store!The dish washer took a long time and don’t seem to actually clean the dishes, so we did a lot by hand.We didn’t have any blankets or a key for the jacuzzi but everyone else did so that worked out.I would definitely rent it again, it was perfect for our family of 5! Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this property, when we arrived we immediately felt at home. The property is very spacious and well decorated. The beds where very comfortable. The property was very well equipped in the kitchen. It also had beach chairs, cool boxes and body boards which we used. The pool at the property is great and all the gardens are well maintained.I would definitely recommend to stay at this property and if I had the opportunity to visit Maui again I would use this property. ##### James b.
