All was ready for us even before check in. The breakfast is home made by the people who run it. It is in a great location to National parks and the Custer town and Rushmore/Crazy Horse monuments. The front desk was very kind and helpful too! Great coffee 🙌 Amenities are/ clean pool indoor, play room and laundry all on one floor!!

Centrally located to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse. We did a side tour to the Mammoth site. Amazing site. A couple of good restaurants in the area. Close to the Rapid City airport. Beautiful black hills area. The Inn has laundry facilities, a game room and a nice pool with a terrace. We had a suite which was very comfortable on the third floor. The view was of the parking lot unfortunately. Breakfast was good.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The hotel is only 2 miles from Mount Rushmore. We liked the game room with the pool table and ping-pong table. The staff was very helpful and provided gluten-free items when requested.

We had an outstanding stay. Staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had an authentic old-timey feel to it. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to see Mt. Rushmore and the and surrounding areas.

Breakfast was hot & varied each day. Plenty of hot & cold drinks. The grounds were decorated for Fsll & that was festive. The location is close to both Mount Rushmore & the Crazy Horse memorial, both 'must-sees'. The room was comfortable & spacious w/a Teddy Bear on 1 bed. The town of Keystone is within walking distance of hotel. The staff was helpful & available.

From the outside the hotel looked nice. Parking was close to your room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our friends also stayed in another room, had the same issues. The rooms were noisy, the carpet was stained. The exterior lights were so bright and the window shades didn't fit properly so the room was bright all of the time. The AC unit wasn't working properly and the front of it was duct taped but wouldn't stay closed. We had the maintenance man come to look at it but still wasn't working. The male who was working the front desk was arguing with a man who was a housekeeper, in front of everyone who was eating breakfast. Very unprofessional. The only good things I can say about the Roosevelt is that they had a laundromat on site and it was within walking distance to several restaurants. I would never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

The toilet in the bathroom made a VERY LOUD noise when flushed and the bathroom fan was deafening! We did not have a balcony. The staff was good. The breakfast was on par with most hotels that offer a free breakfast.

This was a beautiful and well positioned place to stay for us. So close to everywhere we wanted to go. Dining and shopping were conveniently located and within walking distance. The rooms were clean, and staff super helpful. Doggies are allowed, which is nice and it was quiet. Definitely coming back!
