This newly updated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury townhome sleeps 8 with two king beds and two twin bunk beds. It features gorgeous slope views. Vaulted ceilings lend a spacious feel and there is a second living area that is ideal for movie and game nights. Primary suite with a king bed upstairs. High-end finishes throughout, private laundry and a private garage. Located in River Run Village so you're a short walk from shops, restaurants and the gondola. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main living area that features a mounted flat screen TV and a gas fireplace with stone surround. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feel and the picture frame windows offer gorgeous ski slope views. Head outside to the private deck for some fresh mountain air and warm up next to the fire pit. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a wine cooler available for guest use. Enjoy meals at the beautiful dining table that seats 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath on this level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer near the half bath. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided. The primary suite is also on this upper level and features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. It has its own private deck with courtyard views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a glass enclosure. There is also a primary closet. On the lower level there are two more bedrooms and a second living area. The second living area offers comfortable seating around a mounted flat screen TV. We loved the townhome. It is perfectly set up for two families with children with the two parents bedrooms and a children’s bunk room. The living areas are very spacious and will accommodate a larger group. Walking to the loft avoids waiting for the bus. Reviewer Comments: Overall my family and I enjoyed the space this rental provided along with the views. We booked over spring break so we knew we would be overpaying for the home in order to have the larger space and amenities. That being said we were disappointed about a few things from what we expected. The fire pit and the grill were not useable and nothing was mentioned about this at any point for the time we booked this home. The hot tub was mentioned but we were under the impression it was close by, but it ended up being a 5 minute walk to another complex which was disappointing. The overall cleanliness was not was we expected for a high end rental and there was a smell of either musty carpet or someone who had smoked in the home. The responses from customer care team were quick but not very helpful with the issues we mentioned. Beautiflly appointed, 2 living spaces on 2 separate floors, large kitchen and dining areas, spacious balcony and lower level patio. 2 car garage and space for 2 more cars in the driveway. It is within a 5 minute walk of many amenities including a public pool and hot tub. Unfortunately there was loud construction on the road directly below the back balcony which was disruptive in the mornings. The property was clean but a little dated and in need of some minor repairs but overall well kept. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and we utilized them a lot for family meals. First, we absolutely loved the location which is very easy walking distance to the lifts/gondola and everything within River Run Village.
