« Had a great time, saved money by cooking at condo, plenty TV channels, excellent 65 inch TV, neighbors were quite, central air works great, a whole lot more room than a motel, and a more home feeling, I'll go there again and recommend others, thank you for for such a beautiful place. »

« The condo area was like you are in a public housing project. Very unsafe feeling. You could see daylight thru the door jamb and the toilet was full of mold. I have pictures for both. We had a problem with dishwasher & when someone came to check it the plug was shooting sparks & required an electrician. The out door area was very run down. Unfortunately the only pics they show are from inside. Lesson learned. »

« Very clean, well maintained apt. The bed was way too soft for me. Had to sleep on the couch which was a high end, luxurious soft leather couch. Info in notebook was very helpful. It's quite a walk to UF campus . Glad I had a car. »

« This was a very safe, comfortable property in an exclusive, gated community. The check-in process was smooth and the directions were very thorough. The gate access was easy to use. The furniture was comfortable, the bed was very relaxing. The host was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property for a weekend visit or a long stay in the St. Augustine area.
