"The pool and beach were awesome. The bartenders/waitress were amazing. Autum (at the pool) made the vacation. Towel and chair service could have been better. Awesome they had live music everyday. Some better then others but enjoyable and felt like on vacation "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Heron house. The hotel grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped, just a couple blocks from the world’s famous Duval street! There were a few cosmetic imperfections on the walls in our room, due to scuffs but the room was clean and the bed was comfy, so that’s a win in my book. We would def recommend staying at the Heron House and look forward to booking again in the future. "

"I read some bad reviews.... and I think those people are probably just snobs lol. This is a quirky, unique hotel that feels very "Key West"y. It isn't a 5 star hotel, it's old and cute but clean, funky, and an experience you won't get anywhere else. The vibe of the place is very islandy and different than any chain you'll find. I would definitely stay there again if I was looking for an experience and not just a room. Loved the tortoises, the hammocks everywhere, the natural beach, the trees, the colors, and the attached restaurant and neat pool. "
