"I reserved two queen beds. They said they upgraded us to a better room, but it only had a king size bed with a couch that pulled out to a bed. That was very uncomfortable. They bought a rollaway bed in for my 22 year old son. We would been more satisfied with two queen beds anywhere on property. Still had to walk to pool. Could not lock the room leaving through the patio door. Love the beach area. Very nice and the beach was not crowded. Easy to get chairs. "

"Easy check in. Hotel was very short staffed so it was hard to get clean towels. The check in lady was running around all day/ night working to help clean rooms and refresh towels. She was a very hard worker, hope the owners appreciate her. Pool was nice and warm. Plenty of chairs and lounges to view the water and sunsets. Restaurants all in walking distance. Probley won’t stay again. It wasn’t terrible. It just didn’t suit me. I can say it is family friendly and the kids seemed to be having lots of fun. Rooms clean, air conditioning worked great. I think I froze my husband out lol. "

"Front desk staff gave me a hard time when I asked them to speak to our “neighbor” talking loudly and chain smoking outside our door from 10pm-1am keeping us up and we had to be up early. Basically felt like I was being called a liar and the people smoking weren’t smoking in the designated area. Wall was filthy - looked like someone like liquid chocolate was spilled down the wall and not cleaned up. "

"Tiki bar and staff made our stay. The breakfast is the only let down, it's the standard fare for Holiday Inn Express, not with the $19 per person we were charged."

"You basically get what you pay for. Bedroom was hot since it only has 1 ac in the living room. Very outdated with poor repairs."

"This place was recently renovated and provided a comfortable space to explore Key Largo. Always something to watch on the canal and usually a musician to listen to across the canal at night. Listen on your very nice balcony. Bed was comfortable and space was roomy. We enjoyed the set up. Would definitely stay again!"

"The Reef house is a beautiful place to stay. Good view, not crowded, super nice, friendly, helpful staff! the only negative thing was there was no microwave in the room. Highly recommend staying here!!!"
