"Beautiful little house that had everything we needed. Great place for our boat, on a canal, with easy access to the atlantic and gulf. We could fish in the canal, a great tiki hut with table and chairs and grill. We sat at this almost every night and had a private dinner on the water."

We had plenty of space for our 30' boat at the dock and enough space in the driveway to park the truck and trailer. We used the launch at the KCB marina and it was large enough and deep enough for our boat with very easy access to the canal."
