The hotel is grand, the staff is very pleasant, the beach and poolside are pristine. The Christmas decorations were lovely. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Modern, clean, quiet and perfectly located!

We were overwhelming and surprisingly pleased with our stay in Key Biscayne! This property is an affordable gem hidden amongst luxury and ritz. For an affordable option in this area, it can't be beat! We enjoyed the quaint pool area, the friendly atmosphere and the nearby restaurants. Other highlights were the complimentary parking, just a short walk down the street, and taking a day to take advantage the hotels bike rentals to explore the parks on either end of Key Biscayne is a must!!

Beautiful hotel, lots of restaurants and a Mall near by and easy to walk to. Hotel has a free shuttle to the port of Miami.

The reception area was Very spacious and pleasant. Outside the boardwalk area was nice but the nearby construction site was very noisy.

Pristine hotel!! Great breakfast buffet!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise when I had to stay overnight after a cancelled flight. Calm atmosphere, clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast is reasonable. Not too far from the airport, they have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Took an Uber for $8 to get there and took the shuttle back.
