"Located on the outskirts of Keswick, it's perfectly positioned for easy access to the Town Centre by foot, as well as getting to neighbouring towns and places accessing the A66. A short walk to a bus stop too, taking you to Keswick Centre or across to Ambleside, Grasmere and Windermere on the 555. It's a well presented, immaculate property which is ideal for a peaceful retreat and break. Wi-Fi throughout the property, which works well. The grounds are beautiful and there's a nice terrace to sit on and enjoy a drink outside. Two common rooms are available for use throughout your stay, with comfy sofas and a proper coffee machine (and cake!). Breakfast is exceptionally good, and all local produce. Cooked food (to order) is accompanied by a buffet of fresh fruit, baked goods, cereals and jams. The staff are attentive and very knowledgeable about the area, giving recommendations on things to do and places to visit. The rooms are well equipped, with complimentary drinks and toiletries. Daily room service keeps the rooms well presented, with TV in the room too. Rooms are spacious and finished to a high standard."
