Phone call for service answered by AI then transferred to phone that no one answers. Check in took about an hour and desk agent was unfriendly. Only 1 office chair to sit on in the room. Very LOW END experience "

"I arrived at 8:30 pm and found the front desk unattended. A staff member told me the check-in person had gone out for dinner. The receptionist returned after 20 minutes without offering any apology, behaving as if nothing had happened. The other staff members were very nice. The elevator button was not functioning properly and sometimes you have to press multiple times. The room was spacious for the price, but the bathtub drain was clogged and drained very slowly."

"Room needed touch up on peeling wallpaper, previous bathroom repair around the tub was shoddy. Tub/shower & floor grout need to be cleaned, musty odor (possibly from carpet). Wonderful bed!!! Staff very friendly and helpful!!"
