The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast Bar area, perfect for cooking up a feast. A convenient cloakroom completes this level. On the ground floor, you’ll find four stylish bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, plus a family bathroom. A charming fifth bedroom with en-suite sits on the second floor (note: restricted head height).  
  
Outside, enjoy a garden and parking for 2 cars only. Stainton (Halfpenny), located just a short drive from Kendal, offers the perfect base for exploring the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

The second floor bedroom must not be occupied by anyone with mobility difficulties or children.
