"As usual, the staff at the Sonesta Clear Lake are amazing. They were able to accommodate an early check in for me. Since this was a business trip, my coworker and I needed to meet in the room to work. Staff found an extra office chair for us. The only complaint is the wifi. I’m a Sonesta Rewards member, and there used to be high speed internet for program members. Management changed and the wifi is throttled. This created a significant challenge for my coworker and I. I’ll be back in a couple of months."
