I was rather disappointed.. I always stay here while in Kelowna, and I have never had an issue until recently. Our recent stay was so disappointing.. As walking into the room it kinda smelt funky but that wasn’t a problem. Then the hard wood floors in our room were so disgustingly dirty our bottom of our feet were so filthy from walking on them we had to wash our feet before bed.. then while having a shower the shower head fell onto my head.. while checking out the worker didn’t even bother to ask how our stay was or anything just took the key cards and said bye… so disappointing

It was quite pricey and we had no hot water and no room service for new towels. Breakfast was over too early for a weekend and breakfast lady was yelling at people. The front desk people were friendly and helpful though.

It was an okay stay, we only stayed one night so we didn’t really spend too much time here. The room was average, kind of old but the bed was fine to sleep in. The breakfast was a little disappointing, no eggs/sausages/bacon or anything typical, only oatmeal, toast, muffin, and apples. The area was really noisy, lots of emergency vehicles and big trucks driving by. It was fairly close to downtown which was convenient.
