The concierges were extremely helpful and very friendly, and all front desk personnel were very friendly. The service felt very personal. Only negatives were the service at the breakfast buffet one morning (one person), and the workout room could be updated/enhanced a bit. Would definitely recommend the resort, though. Parking easy, location really convenient, the town of Killarney was nearby and really enjoyable."
