"I was traveling with two others, and each of us had a different room. We couldn't get the elevator to work, and since there is no one there when you check in, we had to carry our bags up the stairs. One of the rooms didn't appear to be clean (the small hotel shampoo and conditioner was half used, and one of the towels felt damp. Again, since there is no one there, it was difficult to have anything fixed... especially after a long flight. The room I was in was very dark, there were hairs on my sheets, and there was shampoo or soap on the shower floor so I almost fell in the shower. I cleaned the floor and then I was fine. - but it was clear that the floor in the shower wasn't cleaned before I arrived.
If you just need a place to sleep before you head off on an adventure, then it's ok, but I wouldn't stay more than one night."
"Nice hotel with transport to the airport and a beautiful hot tub area. Room was quite small especially by North American standards but was clean and comfortable. Review would have been a 5 but there’s absolutely nowhere to put a suitcase in the room so unpacking is basically out of the question. Very hard to get organize. There is no real closet just a couple of bumps on the wall where you could try to hang something in the unit at the end of the room with three or four hangers, but not enough to hang really even two coats. The other thing I didn’t like is that if you need a later checkout, they immediately start charging you for the time. But if you’re looking for a hotel reasonably close to the airport and reasonably close to the amenities in the small town, this is a decent one."
"The kitchen was very sparse - no way to cook food other than in the microwave. There is no staff there to answer questions or let you in if your code doesn't work (had to call the 24/7 help line). Make sure you know what you're getting yourself into before booking."
