There is no reception but there is a main building with some amenities for nearby campers and a cleaning person comes daily. Communication was good including arrival instructions. House has full kitchen, nice bathroom including towel heater that helped us dry clothes, and full kitchen. Area near the harbor is pleasant (albeit a little industrial). Worked well for a one night stay. Our one complaint was that some of the property amenities were in less than good condition. The tv mount was damaged and was held up by a rope in the back so screen slumped downward. Also, the pull out couch felt flimsy as we opened it as one side appeared to be coming undone. The house had everything we needed but quite small so was barely big enough for the three of us and our luggage.
