"We loved the Naples Grande. Our room was spacious and clean and we we had an awesome balcony. The staff was exceptional, especially Austin and Mariano at the pool bar and Barry, Jay and Austin (again) at the inside bar. The housekeeping staff and the valets too were all friendly and welcoming. Never had an issue and will definitely go back again. We spent our days at the pool and beach and explored Naples for dinners every night. We had 5 wonderful, sunny and hot days and loved every minute of it."

"Our stay was excellent. We dined outside on the patio and the Piña coladas were terrific! We requested 2 rooms next to each other and the hotel accommodated. My mom got lost and the hotel staff were wonderful in guiding her to us. Great location and wonderful service. I will gladly stay here again. "

"When we arrived we were early to check in but knowing that we dressed for the beach. We pulled up the Valet were very nice however when we went to the front desk the man was not very nice or helpful he said we couldn't get beach towels while we wait for our room. I'm sorry but you can't have a bin of towels for guests??? But the Valet came through and got us 2 towels. After that everyone was wonderful the guys on the beach with the chairs,the bartenders,the maid and the front desk guy that works later in the day. Beautiful grounds. Hotel was immaculate. Beach was so nice with the beach chairs and umbrella. The bed in the room was so coomfortable. We had a amazing weekend. Deffenitly go back. 5 star hotel at 3 star prices"

"It's an older but still beautiful hotel. They did a great job with renovation. The ladies in the check-in counter are polite and helpful and always work with smile. The lady at the bar is so kind and friendly!! Our bed was comfy!! The view from the poolside is beautiful! The pool is big and not just a square. We like that breakfast is included with our stay, and we like the buffet. We will definitely stay there again. "

"Fantastic hotel! I’ve only been here a few hours and want to stay the whole week - everything has been perfect and I anticipate a delicious meal at their restaurant! I would highly recommend to visitors for all reasons such as proximity to the beach and helpful staff - you cannot beat the value you receive for the price. "
