« Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару »

« Hôtel très bien situé et calme. Équipements satisfaisants. Point négatif, l'accueil vraiment déplorable à l'arrivée comme au départ. Certes la communication n'est pas facile mais cela n'interdit pas de sourire. Les femmes de ménage et le garçon du restaurant sont par contre très sympathiques. »

« Réservé pour déplacement professionnel Points positifs: Emplacement dans un bon quartier Petit déjeuner très très bon, varié et de qualité Hôtel respectant les standards de la chaîne Holiday Inn Chambre bien entretenu Room service de très bonne qualité: disponible et réactif. Points négatifs - J'avais une réservation sans petit déjeuner: j'ai pris 2 fois petit déjeuner (en supplément donc) et ça a créé la panique auprès des serveurs alors que j'avais donné une pré autorisation carte bancaire...

"Emplacement correct pour découvrir Almaty. Le personnel de l'hôtel est serviable, même s'il parle peu anglais. Chambre très spacieuse et avec le confort nécessaire, au rapport qualité/prix excellent. Check-in à 14h, mais le personnel a gardé ma valise avant gratuitement sans aucune difficulté. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et varié, même si les aliments (notamment chauds) pourraient être un peu plus qualitatifs. Je retournerai à cet hôtel sans problème."
