This condo is very close to the beach. It is located on the ground floor so you can just walk to your beach without a staircase to obstruct you. You can relax on the lanai, amongst our beautiful manicured garden and admire the ocean view. You may cook your own delicious meals in a nice, well equipped full kitchen, or choose to grill on one of the many bbq's. If you decided to eat out, just walk to one of the nice restaurants and cafes close to the condos. The Lava Lava Beach Club, Hualani's and the Coconut Market Place and so much more are located next door to Lae Nani. You are be well located between north and south shore of the island. Lae nani is The Jewel of The Coconut Coast and truly a magical place. There is an ancient Hawaiian Religious Site on the point of the bay at the condos. Amenities Linens and towels provided. Condo disappointing Have rented at Lai Nani twice before and had very nice, clean well maintained condos. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of this property. Terrible musty moldy smell in the half bath. Appears to have had water damage that perhaps has not been addressed. Carpet in the bedroom very stained. Fingerprints on walls and furniture. Just didn’t seem up to par based on our past experiences. I notified the agency of our findings and they said they would bring them to the attention of the management team. The view from the porch is beautiful as is the pool and grounds. We absolute love Kauai and hope to return again soon; just not to this condo. ##### Jean F.
