The room is fine, several towels were stained, smell of mildew and should just be replaced. A nightstand on both sides of the bed and a light source for the lanai would be helpful. Two beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler is provided though they are older. Bathroom is spacious, shower has good water pressure. Location is good. Very well manicured property with pool, hot tub and pool bar. The host was responsive but didn’t seem flexible to adjust check in and check out times without nickel and diming you. All was as described so there were no surprises, but just didn’t get that aloha hospitality feeling that we have been shown by other hosts. ##### Holly L. My boyfriend and I go to school on Oahu but took the weekend to stay on Kauai. It was our first time visiting and honestly for the money, could not have gotten a better stay. The only downside I will say is the walls are EXTREMELY thin. We could hear almost everything the neighbors were saying due to the door inside that has been boarded up so we can’t actually access their room but sure can hear everything. The unit is placed where it is no more than a 5 minute walk to coconut marketplace which has many shops, restaurants, etc. I do feel there could have been better amenities provided to us since there were things listed but were missing. We only had one K-Cup for coffee for a 3 night stay as well as having no snorkels. Other than that, we have no complaints.It was very clean and had a wonderful view.
