This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles! Suite 152 offers: Custom granite counter tops, custom bar, bar stools, and a 2-person rain shower. The unit has a Queen Bed, High efficiency A/C, Free WiFi, DVD Player, Clock radio with iPod dock, Flat screen HD TV. All necessary linens and towels (both regular and beach) are included, FULL kitchenette with utensils, dishes and glasses, FULL sized fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and coffee grinder, electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Poolside BBQs available. The fabulous ocean-front vistas of Suite 152 await you! 152 is as close to the beach as you can get anywhere on Kaua'i and only steps away from the water's edge. Suite 152's ground floor location (Ni'ihau Bldg) affords the best sun and moon rise views and all without stairs to climb. Your ocean front private patio leads right onto the beach. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all. Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.
