The towels for the pool were thin and flimsy, and there was no box of Kleenex in the room. The lock box was sticky and it took 20 minutes to get the key to enter the room, and the remote did not work for the TV. (The push button codes at other VRBOs are much easier to navigate) All our concerns re: key and TV were answered immediately which was nice. ##### Deb V. Pool is nice and has tiki bar with happy hour specials (3-6). Condo is a studio and as pictured. It was clean and functional. There is a great view of the coastline from the lanai. We had a very late flight and we were even offered a late check out which we appreciated so much. Keep in mine you are not a guest of the onsite management, so for instance you cannot go to the front desk and ask for pool towels, but you will have some in your room. Communication with the host is easy thru text or phone so any problems would be handled promptly. It's right on the beach and we could see the water from our balcony. There's also a nice pool and hot tub on the hotel grounds. The AC worked very very well which was nice when it was hot and humid out. There were also boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels on the balcony which was a great surprise! The pull out bed was good given it's a pull out bed. They were very responsible and accommodated our late check out due to our flight time. We loved it!
