I usually leave good reviews, but I would never come back here.
GOOD things: Night staff was helpful & nice, the sheets were clean, bed comfortable, A/C, shower, and TV worked, Parking was easy.
NOT GOOD things: The lobby smelled like a bad bathroom when we walked in. Dirty floors throughout, food bits all over the floor in our room (kept my shoes on!), bathroom floor dirty, garbage on the desk, cups not stocked, sticky residue in the ice bucket, pee and hair on the top of the toilet, hair in the tub, hair dryer missing- (staff gave me one for the room.)
BREAKFAST ISSUE: They told us 6am to 9am. At 8:24am, everything was gone but dry cereal, jelly, a few sausage links, and coffee. Even the waffle batter machine was empty. We asked if someone could please help us refill a few things. The morning staff said “No. My manager said after 8:30 I am not allowed to refill anything.”
We just stood there. So he was nice and heated up a few biscuits for us and a couple egg patties and brought out peanut butter for toast, milk, and 2 cups of apple juice.
If breakfast is from 6-9am, they should stock it until 9am. (We were not the only people to come down to eat around 8:30 am.)
Short version: If you just need a place to sleep, this place will work. Otherwise, overall impression is “ick!” :0(
