This property was extremely clean and the host was amazing at communicating and greeting us upon arrival. The location is perfect; walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The washer and dryer were a bonus. The roof top deck was great for morning coffee with a view. We absolutely loved our stay here and wished it had been longer. We highly recommend this apartment hotel.

Lovely neighborhood, centrally located, and clean space. There was a helpful map included in the room. Most major points of interest in Kanazawa were a reasonable walk from the location. They ability to do laundry was nice after the busier parts of our trip. It is nice to have an option to sleep on tatami or a modern bed in the same space.

I have zero complaints! The staff were amazing, the property and area it's in were beautiful, and overall it really made our stay in Kanazawa special. I highly recommend this place. Just be warned that if you have any mobility issues, the stairs going upstairs are very steep.

I enjoyed my stay at Inova very much. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a coffee bar by the reception which was great. I stayed on the first floor and it was very convenient. It is also a quick walk to the Kanazawa station.

Very comfortable stay, quiet and most beautiful area with lots to walk to from coffee, restaurants and shops in the geisha area with stunning scenery. Great shower and bathroom, comfortable bed and Mitsukawa provided everything and anything that might have been missing like ice, iron.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We didn’t know what to expect from a “boutique hotel”, but UAN blew us away from their modern lobby (and complimentary drinks) to the beautiful room we had. Truly an experience.

The cherry blossoms, typically blooming in early April, are a major draw, especially in Kenrokuen Garden, one of Japan's most celebrated landscape gardens. This season is ideal for couples who enjoy romantic strolls amidst natural beauty and photography.
Autumn in Kanazawa is equally appealing, with comfortable temperatures and stunning autumn foliage, particularly from late October to mid-November. This period is also excellent for couples and solo travellers interested in cultural exploration, as the weather is agreeable for visiting museums and the samurai and geisha districts.
